Torrents of Our Time by Christian Fennell is the perfect book for this strange season, when also Covid-19 is outside our windows waiting for us. It’s a collection of different 22 stories, but you can find the same great Fennel’s style.
Ancient Latin used to call this style Attical and philosopher Seneca was a master. It means less is better than more and each word is full of meaning and power. I appreciate it, it’s like in Cormac McCarthy and you have to be really good at writing for using it.
